March 3, 2025I've been a resident at Nolina Flats for going on seven years. I've chosen to stay here because I love the property itself and all the surrounding trees and wildlife. I also very much appreciate the wonderful amenities that they are consistently maintaining and/or improving. The office and maintenance staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. My apartment has always felt like Home Sweet Home to me and my son and I really couldn't imagine living anywhere else.Property Manager Responded

Excellent service, always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The staff at Nolina are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live, convenient public transport stops and how easily accessible. I feel so lucky to live here! I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this ...community offers. February 27, 2025Unfortunately I am a smoker and I can't even smoke on my porch. I have to drive out of the complex. It's a plus and a minus. I just didn't know until I signed my lease. November 21, 2024I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Nolina Flats Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment they are so awesome!!!! I intend to continue renting from Nolina ...Flats for as long they would let mer, and I strongly recommend their properties to all my friends and co Workers in some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with Nolina Flats, it’s all in the service.
