    I absolutely love the area where Nomia is located! It offers easy access to Piedmont, Midtown's incredible restaurants, plenty of shops and grocery stores, and especially the High Museum. For someone like me who enjoys walking, it's surprisingly walkable for Atlanta, which is a huge plus. The amenities are fantastic—I'm especially a fan of the rooftop pool, the shared entertaining space, and the gym. My apartment is beautifully designed with stunning walk-in showers, a modern kitchen layout, and ...

    I initially moved here because I knew this building was under great care and management with Aisha. I do not know the new property manager, he has not formally introduced himself and can not speak to where the quality of this building is going. We are all on edge and nervous that this could go from luxury to lackluster under the wrong leadership. I hope my feedback is taken as constructive and changes are implemented very soon.
