Price raised every year about 100+
October 5, 2024thin ceiling, noises from neighbor, homeless wandering around the parking lot, base rent plus about 200+ utilities water costs $70-$90 due to the toilet wax ring wont seal properly. and they raise rent every year about 100+ good managed but over priced.Property Manager Responded

July 21, 2023This complex has the worst management I’ve ever had at an apartment. They barely answer the phone, and NEVER call you back when they say they will. They charge your water bill based on the whole building. They don’t charge per unit. So, if you don’t use a lot of water, you’re still being charged part of what the rest of the building uses. They don’t maintain the grounds or clean inside the hallways of the building. I had to clean the building hallways because they didn’t do it for 4 months. There ...was trash, leaves, and covered in dirt. And with how many empty units they have being 2 miles from a military base…that should tell you something about what kind of apartments they are.
