About North Village Apartments
Introducing North Village Apartments in the desirable location of Scarborough, ME! All of our units feature high ceilings, oversized windows, custom blinds, heated tiled bathroom floors, high efficiency heat pumps, and a private patio/balcony, depending on the unit. The kitchens are spacious with island seating, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, pantries, and all units are open concept. Our units are bright and inviting, and offer a sense of openness and freedom! What’s included? A new washer & dryer are included in each unit as well as individual hi-speed fiber internet, cold water, sewer, trash removal, snow removal, on-site bike storage, and off-street parking. The only utility tenants pay for is electricity which covers heating/ac and the electric hot water heater in the unit. Amenities? North Village has an enclosed mail room on site so packages are kept dry and safe, trash buildings are located outside of each building, a Community Center is currently under construction which will feature bike storage, a multi-function event space, and a resident gym. There are also a limited number of individual garages available for rent as well. Pet Friendly? North Village is Pet-Friendly! For our furry friends, we have a dog wash station and a dog park for them to run and play to their heart's content! At North Village Apartments, we prioritize your comfort and convenience. Beautiful place to live
November 5, 2024My name is Val and I am one of the first to have gotten my apartment here at North Village over one year ago. I am so comfortable here and I feel really safe. It is a very quiet neighborhood and beautiful places to walk including being close to the Eastern Trail . I love it here and the landlords are very accommodating and they keep this area very neat and clean. Incredible Unit and Complex
November 5, 2024We’ve been here for a month so far have nothing but nice things to say. Pristine construction and amenities, nothing was cheaply made or rushed when built. Landlord/property managers are extremely kind and responsive and go out of their way for their tenants.
