February 6, 2025Overall, it is a good place to live, but there are some issues that I've run into. Elevators constantly breaking, mold in the AC/heaters, outdoor areas by doors always smell strongly of dog pee. November 7, 2024I just recently moved here and have loved it so far! Everyone is so sweet (neighbors, staff...) and that rooftop view is priceless! I only dock 4 starts because sometimes the street can be a bit loud but it really isn't a bother as well as some minor things in the apartment that need fixing! I have always felt safe here with the security measure and the communication when something is wrong is unmatched.
