      They are slow to return refunds. I also wanted to see the unit multiple times before signing the lease however there was always an issue. The last time she didn’t even have the right unit number so I took it as a sign and asked for my security deposit back. It’s almost been two months it’s “still processing” and I can’t have the number of the higher ups.

      I'm a Northland Lifer, born & raised NKC. Graduate of NKC High School so when life put me in a position to live alone, Northland Studios was a fit. I was offered the best available unit and I moved in ASAP. I live on bottom floor which is great for me so I don't have to climb stairs with my disability for breathing. The area is quiet and I always get a good night's sleep. No one is loud or obnoxious. Since I'm older and not a "partier" this fits my lifestyle. Our office manager, Dave, is a ...
      prince. Always attentive to my needs. Maintenance men, Chris and Brandon, are very professional and kind. As it stands right now, I'd recommend this studio apartment to anyone that needs a small place.

      This is the worst place I've ever lived. The Apts are covered in roaches. Never saw an exterminator. I was told to move if I didn't like it. Very rude owner and desk management

    • Perfect Place for small families - very safe & clean complex

      I would recommend Northland Studios to anyone who wants to live in a safe and clean complex. Dave the property manager has always taken care of anything for me and has been a pleasure to have as a complex manager. Chris & Justin do a great job in handling anything that needs to be repaired and Cush keeps our place looking as good as it does. Great bunch of people and I'm very happy to have been living here for going on 8 years now with no problems at all. Keep up the great work guys.
