From the leasing agent, Tara, who met with me after hours to tour my unit and has had excellent communication the whole process, to Mo who is the kindest human with the best smile, to Curtis who spent nearly an afternoon wriggling with my older dryer to make sure it worked perfectly, to Ricardo who keeps this maintenance staff efficient, I have been very grateful I chose to call North Park home, until the housing market chills out.     We’ve been here 2 years and are enjoying it. The apartments have been maintained nicely and look good; interior, exterior, grounds. Maintenance has been quick to respond, especially to emergencies or something potentially damaging. We have made sure to always speak to someone in the office personally when we have an issue. Voice mails don’t usually seem to be acted upon. COVID-19 has slowed some cosmetic work orders but before that they were addressed quickly. Ice melt is usually put on the ...

    I only visited these apartments. I liked what I saw for the price, but they have no buildings designated as smoke free, so the apartment I looked at smelled of cigarette smoke which was a deal breaker for me. Otherwise I probably would have moved in.

    I lived here for almost 3 years. The apartment was a nice 2 bedroom, 2 full bath with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. There are 2 pools and a hot tub available as well. They even deliver free firewood to your door upon request! The staff was very friendly and always helped me out, even when I locked myself out of my garage past office hours. The neighbors were all friendly. They got a new security and maintenance team this year who are very polite and on top of things and take care of work ...
    orders immediately. My hot water heater leaked and they had a new one in that same day. I never ran out of hot water, the appliances all ran well and I really enjoyed living here. I only moved because I bought a house, otherwise I would have stayed longer.

    The complex itself isn't actually that bad. The office staff is rude, doesn't communicate, and loses paperwork. I would say out of the 10ish work orders we placed while we lived here, maybe 2 of them actually got done. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING because you will be charged for nonexistent when you move out.

    These are the best apartments we have lived in! With the staff in the office and the great view we can see the pool and tennis court witch is very nice. Wouldn't choose any other apartments around other then Northpark!

    Been living here for a year and I'm pretty happy with Northpark. I've lived in many complexes in the city and this is the best quality for the price so far. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking where I'm located. No big pest problems so far. Buildings feel up-to-date and clean. Plenty of windows and natural light. Ceiling lights and fans in both living room and bedroom (a surprisingly rare amenity). Smallest 1-br unit feels spacious, but a little awkward for furniture arrangement. Hot tub ...
    is open year-round except during maintenance. 2 pools during the summer with a nice atmosphere. Centrally located on a part of Rock Rd that is relatively easy to enter/exit from.

    We like our apartment, it is clean and the appliances are new. We have the larger floor plan, we felt the small floor plan was much too crowded. It is a quiet complex, with nice amenities for the price. My only significant complaint is the office staff. I hate going into the office because they are very unprofessional. I feel that I was not given all the information I needed (for example, nobody ever told me that there was a rent drop box.) However, my husband has met the manager and says she is ...

    The rent will make you jump for joy at how low it appears. Add an extra $70 per month for parking thought. unless you like a 3 block walk to your car. The staff is simply rude to it's tenants. I'm fairly certain they don't understand that tenants pay their salaries. The Gym is a joke, equipment 20 years old and mostly broken. the treadmill breaks down once you hit 1.5 mph... It's about 10-15 minutes from WSU, so there are MANY college students (millennials) who are simply better than you, just so ...

BOATS, or the classic 1 truck in 2 spots routine. but the office refuses to do anything about it. in fact they declare. well we can't do anything about it if they have friends over...... assigned parking spots. problem solved. yes there are multiple pools and basketball/tennis courts. notice the /, there are 2 courts. which double as tennis and basketball courts. the layout is a mess, parking is a nightmare. although i guess that's expected when party busses leave here every other night. no security. no accountability for tenants to TAKE THEIR TRASH TO THE DUMPSTER 30 FEET AWAY FROM THEIR DOORSTEP. honestly, i wish we'd just rented a house, or bought a trailer. there's no reason to live here. no apartment complex benefits.

You're right off of K96, 5 minutes from anywhere skipping the rush hour traffic of Kellogg. Walking distance from restaurants and grocery stores.
