Just Horrible!
April 3, 2022Apartments are falling apart. The carpet is coming off the floor. Outlets don’t work, some parts of the stove don’t work. Too expensive to be living in this run down place.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Experience and still going
November 6, 2019I have been at these apartments for just over a year and I could not be happier. After apartment hunting for well over two months, I came across Northridge Court and immediately fell in love with the property and the housing. The pricing is incredible and not nearly enough for what you get and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I have never had a better experience with an apartment like I am now and I am happy that I get to continue the experience for at least another year. Highly ...recommended!Property Manager Responded

The Worst

The worst
September 1, 2015This is by far the most poorly run apartment complex my husband and I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My husband was looking for an inexpensive place just for him as he was going to be working in the area temporarily. When we arrived to move him in we were given the keys to the filthiest apartment I have ever been let in to. It took me an entire week and immeasurable elbow grease to get this place livable, best thing I could say about it was that it definitely had brand new carpet. ...To show the utter lack of care, when the apartment was granted a new coat of paint, presumably after the previous tenants left, any food that was left behind in the "pantry" was simply painted over! That's nothing compared to the insect graveyard I found inside the other cabinets (seriously, you can't imagine!), which by the way are so warped from water damage they are falling apart. The shower has never worked properly and doesn't even have a cover over the overflow drain. The a/c was DUMPING water in the bathroom for a week before anyone came to see about it, and at that point it was completely out and remained so for 2 days. When we questioned management as to why they still had not sent anyone their response was, "we must have lost the work order". This was not the first time maintanance had shown lack of concern for problems in their apartments. The garbage disposal never has worked properly which was no big deal but now that sink won't even drain so we are down to only one sink in which to wash dishes. As of today, it appears the freezer is going out as well. The laundry facilities are a joke as there is always a machine or two out of order and if you should happen to catch them in working order you had better sit with your clothes because you can bet someone WILL come by and remove your wet clothes from a dryer so that they can use it! It has happened to me every single time I have used the facility. You pay an outrageous amount tacked on to your rent for water you cannot even drink. There always seems to be some unsavory character lurking about the premises, even in broad daylight. And lastly, without fail, every time the a/c does kick on and a neighbor is smoking in one of their apartments, our apartment is immediately filled with the nauseating smell of cigarette smoke as if we would be smoking inside ourselves. Help!
August 10, 2015Two years ago my apartment flooded. They were replacing pipes in the ceiling and were going to be working in my apartment for a few days. I decided to pack up and stay with my mom until they were done. Over the weekend, a pipe came undone and my apartment was sitting in over 2 inches of water for 3 days. The manager knew I was at my mom's, and no one contacted me. They did nothing to help me. I had to beg for new carpet. I had to continue to live there because the rent in West Texas is so ...high right now. It would be an answered prayer to be able to have financial help since the management at my apartment complex refuses to help their residents who truly need the help.
