January 10, 2025It's a really nice community. Quiet overall. The only thing that I really don't like is that I can hear my neighbor snoring so loud at night, they vibrate the wall. And parking could be better. But I had multiple neighbors tell me welcome to the neighborhood when I moved in. Most everything is in really great condition. December 2, 2024The trash needs to be controlled. I really think outsiders- folks that do not live here also dump out their trash, doors, flooring, furniture too so it just make a mess for our community. Other than that, it is a nice place to live. November 10, 2024I’ve been here for a month now, and it’s been a pretty solid experience! The place is super quiet—no noise issues, which is a nice change. The maintenance team is on point; they actually fix things quickly when you need it. The office staff is super friendly and helpful, always there if you need something. One of the best perks has to be the valet trash pickup—no hauling trash to the dumpster, which is honestly a lifesaver. Overall, it's a great place to call home!Property Manager Responded
