Worst apartments i lived ever!. Problem: Water leaks, Black Mold, Poor Maintenance, Roach problem and Always Construction Noise.
September 26, 2023I been living in Nottingham Pine apartment from 2022. Along me, four other colleague families living in same community from 2021. Biggest problem with community is water leaks from floor, sidewalls and roofs every time it rains. Durning the Leasing, Leasing office has told these unit are very well maintained and fully renovated but never expected water leaked into home like this. I had water leak in my apartment many times when ever there is a rain. I keep complaining to leasing, management, ...Maintenance again and again but they are least bothered about it. My maintenance requests are closed multiple time but never fixed. Other problems are Black Molds, Bad smelling elevators, roach problems, closet door falling apart on midnights and AC insulation leaks causing more power bill.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Awesome Community
February 8, 2023I have had the pleasure of living in my apartment for the past 6 months, and I couldn't be happier! The management team at this complex is truly outstanding. The manager Tatiana is soft spoken and very respectfully. Always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have had, and she goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. The apartment itself is also fantastic. It is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The community amenities are well maintained and looking forward to a ...upgrade modern pool area now. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience living in this apartment complex and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, hassle-free living experience. Great Management
June 4, 2022HONEST REVIEW - Live at Nottingham Apartments with my fiancé and we just renewed for another year we love it! Even with the Florida market goo up daily which isn’t Nottingham Apartments fault we still found that any building comparable nearby just didn’t compare to our home. The manager Tatiana has really turned the community around and the property has been putting a lot of money back into the place which shows they care about the residents. Beware of Roaches
May 22, 2022I have lived at Nottingham Pine ( formally Axis at One Pine) for 14 months and the one thing I will say is that there are roaches. I have spoken to Tatiana on several occasions about the issue and there has been no resolution. The community does offer pest control but out of 209 units, about 12 take advantage of the service on a weekly basis. I have hired my own pest control company (at my own expense) to evaluate and treat my unit. All the professionals I have spoken with tell me the same thing. ...If my neighbor has roaches then so will I. These are not luxury apartments. There is a reason this place is cheaper than the surrounding apartment buildings. The price is really for the area which is convenient but not enough for me any longer. I would recommend looking elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Easy move in process
April 30, 2022Recently moved in, very nice place overall. Good location near stores and walking distance to a Starbucks nice community vibes and wonderfully friendly neighbors. The staff is excellent and helped make our move in a seamless and rapid process. Maxim and Tatiana were great to work with and we are super happy to be here.Had a maintenance issue and it was addressed super quick.
