March 25, 2025I am so grateful to be a part of the Novel Midtown community! Moving to this location has truly been a dream come true! After moving from New Jersey to Tampa, I knew that I wanted to be in the heart of the city. Novel Midtown is the perfect location that offers so many opportunities within walking distance! I fell in love with my apartment as soon as I walked in the door! Every detail is beautiful, and I am so excited to have updated and modern architecture! I am enjoying my breath taking view ...overlooking the pool as well as all of the amenities and fun activities that the community offers! I definitely want to recognize every member of the leasing team! Scarlett has been by my side since the first day that I called inquiring information! March 14, 2025Deciding to live at Novel is the best decision I could have made. I looked at 7 different properties before deciding this was where I wanted to live. From the second I walked in for my tour, I was greeted by the wonderful Scarlett with such a warm and positive welcome. Everything I had seen online lived up to and surpassed the expectations in real life. Any question I had, Scarlett was able to answer. Be it that day, or the days leading up to the actual move in- she was very prompt in her ...response time and made the transition incredibly easy. Everytime I walk through the front doors and she’s there, I am greeted with that same smile and energy I was on the first day I came to tour it. The building is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic and the community is very kind. 10/10 would recommend living here! No other leasing agent or property stood out the way Scarlett and Novel did.
