October 2, 2024I’ve experienced numerous unresolved issues, including persistent problems with online rent payments, wrongful late fees, and frequent maintenance issues such as a broken trash can area, faulty kitchen sink, and poor paint quality. Additionally, maintenance staff have entered my unit without notice, and I’ve faced three power outages, causing spoiled food and financial losses. Despite reporting these issues multiple times, there has been little to no satisfactory response or compensation from ...management, resulting in ongoing frustration.Property Manager Responded
