From my first visit to the last, Paige was there for every step of the way and was able to make this decision an easy one for me. Being new to the area, I wanted to find a place that made me feel like home and this community was able to check all the boxes. March 14, 2025Deciding to live at Novel is the best decision I could have made. I looked at 7 different properties before deciding this was where I wanted to live. From the second I walked in for my tour, I was greeted by the wonderful Scarlett with such a warm and positive welcome. Everything I had seen online lived up to and surpassed the expectations in real life. Any question I had, Scarlett was able to answer. Be it that day, or the days leading up to the actual move in- she was very prompt in her ...response time and made the transition incredibly easy. Everytime I walk through the front doors and she’s there, I am greeted with that same smile and energy I was on the first day I came to tour it. The building is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic and the community is very kind. 10/10 would recommend living here! No other leasing agent or property stood out the way Scarlett and Novel did.
