June 25, 2024Novo is well located! I'm really happy that we are close to the various markets, fast food joints (for those quick lunch runs), and healthcare facilities. Though being on el camino is not the most ideal (smog/noise/etc.), it is convenient!Review from Apartments.com
Luxury Prices, Low Rent Performance
October 1, 2022Unlike apartment buildings I've lived in, things are constantly broken or out of service and don't get fixed, and many of the amenities I thought I was getting turned out to be bait and switch. The electric rental cars in the basement I based part of my decision to live here on? Nonexistent. The places to charge my own electric car, with signs posted above them indicating that you're only supposed to park there while charging? A complete lie- those are people's personal spaces and you will be ...towed for parking there. The hot tub has been broken since July and it is now October, but they keep it filled so when they give tours it looks like we have one. Usually only half of the grills work at any given time. The outdoor fireplaces don't work. Reserving the party room went from free to $350 without notification. Most importantly, my Air Conditioning doesn't work properly and I was told they couldn't fix it for me, because it's too expensive and "then they'd have to fix it for everyone."Property Manager Responded

Novo has been a great place to live!
November 6, 2020I have lived at Novo for a while, and it is a fantastic new community. The manager Jags is incredible and really goes the extra mile to follow-through, answer questions, and minimize problems before and after move-in. The 2 br apartment is new, lots of windows (actually most walls are all windows) great design in the floorplan and modern nice fixtures. The amenities are like a resort, esp the work spaces and fitness ctr. The Mountain View location is close to everything - Stanford Shopping ...Ctr, Safeway, 101 etc but there is significant noise from traffic (I am facing El Camino). Inside noise hasn't been a huge problem, but you can hear neighbors walking upstairs (wood construction). Even though these are rentals, the build quality is very good esp when compared to other communities I have lived in. There is also fiber internet that has worked flawlessly! Overall Novo was a great choice, although the units are expensive, and not huge by any measure - to me the location and quality of Lennar and the Management makes it worth the cost.
