As a 3 year resident I wish to express my sincere appreciation and satisfaction for a very professional and friendly warm office staff that will make it their priority to address your needs or concerns. They don't tolerate rule breakers. There's also an after-hours security company that monitors the property. The maintenance staff is amazing too. Their also expedient when their summoned for a work order - never had to wait more than the next day for them to appear. Their long term ...with Ora like the office staff and that speaks for itself. The grounds are kept impeccable and clean. The resort size heated pool and hot tub and fully equipped gym are the jewel of the property, also cleaned daily. Apartments are roomy with tons of cabinets, large balconies with an adjacent storage room. Rents are very competitive. My apartment was super clean when I moved in. The residents are respectful of each other's privacy and a quiet environment. Everything you need is a 5 minute drive. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommendedProperty Manager Responded

When I first came there, I told one of the office people that I would need to be blown away because I thought I had already found my dream apartment. Yes, I was blown away.
