They are all electric units, 700 square feet with carpet and tile kitchen/bath. Tenants pay for their electric bill and the complex pays for water, trash and sewer. There is no natural gas in buildings and heat is electric We will soon finish a completely refurbished unit with new bathroom, kitchen, appliances, cabinets, doors, and carpet. The apartment rent for this unit is $1,050.00 per month. It will be ready approximately 04-01-24. There is a $35.00 TRW credit check fee when submitting an application. If approved there is a $125.00 move in fee, pro-rated rent for current month and one month security deposit.
