Single Mom - Affordable Option
February 11, 2020The unit I am currently leasing was updated prior to my move in. Nice countertops, and wood laminate floors in the kitchen & bath. Assigned parking ensures you always have a spot in front of your door. Management has always been attentive and kind. Maintenance was quick to take care of the only issue I have had this year (leaking kitchen faucet) They replaced with a new unit. It's a quiet tucked away area. Only downside is there are no washer/dryer hook ups in the unit & the community ones are a ...little pricey. Overall a good option for the affordable price & convenience. July 30, 2015Need lot of work and 90% of time our landlord would get stuff done on here and once we SWAT team over here and told us that their nothing he couldn't do because it wasn't in the lease our old neighbor's had a knife and had a kid held hostage swat team teargassed the place most of the time nice and quite and lots of fun before it gets darkReview from Apartments.com
