You can try their fantastic multi-grain griddle cakes, made with the utmost care to be strictly wholesome grains, while still not lacking any in flavor, and you can choose to get a side of raisins, nuts, bananas, fruits, granola, yogurt or dried cherries to go along with it. Another fantastic, and fantastically healthy, dish you can really sink your teeth into is scrambled tofu omelet, where you can choose from a huge list of delicious ingredients, including tomatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers, zucchini, spinach, eggplant, avocados, herbs sun-dried tomatoes and plenty more, and have them served in an omelet with your choice of tofu. For those willing to branch out a little, they have delicious vanilla cream French toast, as well as a number of delicious egg dishes, including Mike's Burrito, with bacono, Italian sausage, mushrooms, spinach, cheddar, mozzarella and two eggs in a tomato tortilla and Bill's Sandwich, with bacon, eggs, cheddar and mozzarella on grilled sourdough with a side of tomatoes. For those Indianapolis apartment-ites who aren't exactly morning people, or who are not quite in the mood for breakfast, they have a number of delicious lunch and dinner options, including fantastic sandwiches, such as their spinach or mushroom melt, the barbecue tempeh, grilled eggplant of veggie, their veggie club, grilled tilapia, pork tenderloin, turkey, grilled chicken, or their legendary grilled cheese, made with brie, apples and berry jelly on grilled whole wheat. You can also choose to make your own grilled cheese, with several delicious types of cheese and other ingredients to choose from. They also have a huge selection of delicious salads, as well as a huge number of other dishes to choose from, but you'll have to come in and discover those for yourself.
