March 20, 2025I have been living at oak park since for years! I moved here because it was close to my kids school and the amenities are great! I get to work out and not have to drive anywhere! The leasing agents are very friendly and helpful to your needs! The grounds are kept clean! The maintenance has always answered my calls if I need them no matter what time of night! I’m close to the airport, grocery stores and very close to hop onto the interstate! I’m happy here com on let’s be neighbors, basketball etc ...we have it here at oak parkProperty Manager Responded

December 24, 2024Rough, the apartments were infested prior to our moving in. There is noticeable water damage that was never fixed prior to moving in, during the make-ready, they did not replace the counters that have burn holes all the way through the laminate and there is no caulking in the kitchen or bathrooms. The low income housing discount aspect is the main reason we are still here.Property Manager Responded
