About Oakwood Apartments
Oakwood Apartments is nestled in the beautiful city of Milford Ohio. We are a Section 8/ Subsidized apartment complex. We carry 3 and 4 bedroom units that do have a limit on the number of people you can have in each unit. We are currently under new ownership and new management as of November 1st, 2017. Oakwood Apartments is a multi-family complex with lots of areas for children to run and play. We have a playground and a baseball field on site. We currently have an updated laundry center on site next door to the leasing office. If you have any questions please feel free to stop by our leasing office and speak to the on site manager.
