Incredible Apartment Complex
October 11, 2017Extremely accessible, accommodating and genuine staff! Affordable rates, great spacious rooms, location is perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. I'm going on my 4th year here I love it so much. Amenities are great: water, cable, and washer/dryer are included! Definitely have to give my home here a 5 star rating. Great apartment
August 14, 2015Oakwood Gardens Apartments sit up behind the beautiful Creekmore park. They are in walking distance of not only downtown, but also to the Fort Smith library, banks, gym, and shopping. The apartments sit up on a hill that over look Fort Smith. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The Oakwood apartments are total electric that come with cable and a washer/dryer. Although, I do not have a pet myself, they are pet friendly. The apartments are updated and efficient. Nice clean pool and covered ...parking. The outdoors are kept cleaned and well maintained. Quiet Hideaway in the City
July 20, 2015Finding Oakwood Gardens was a Godsend! The complex is beautiful, the neighbors are friendly and quiet, and it's centrally located in Fort Smith, AR. Our rent is a little high, but they cover water and basic cable so it's definitely worth it. They allow two pets per pet fee, charge a $10 pet rent, and there's no weight restriction. However, they do have breed restrictions. The staff is extremely helpful and extremely friendly!
