    I love living at Observer Park. Commuting into NYC is a breeze. All of Hoboken is within walking distance. Building and facilities are clean and well kept. Staff is helpful, professional, and efficient.

    I love loving at Observer! Its such a family-feel community and the entire staff is awesome. From The leasing agents to the maintenance staff- everyone is very nice and very communicative. Cant beat the location too.
