As far as the tenants in the building go, a majority of them are an absolute nightmare to live next to. There is constant music blaring at all hours of the night, smoking (the building is non-smoking), and no one picks up after their dogs. When addressing concerns with the rental agency, they either ignore your e-mails or tell you to that tenant issues need to be handled between tenants. If you're looking for a nice place to live by the beach, avoid this place and Rent Asbury Park at all costs!
