Rip off!
October 23, 2023RIP OFF!!! Do not move here! They don't care about their residents and just want to rip you off. After the whole bike situation, we gave them another chance. Everything was great, smiles and all. After we moved out, we got hit with a $800 move-out statement (AFTER THEY USED UP OUR $500 DEPOSIT) for alleged damage we caused to the fridge and the stove. There was absolutely no damage, and we disputed this statement right away. We would be more than happy to pay for actual damage that we caused. For ...MONTHS, we contacted them and requested evidence of this claim. Months later, nothing. No response, no explanation, and absolutely no care. They ultimately just submitted this to collections. Save your money and patience. Beware. This is not a place where management values its residents or their living experience. All they care about is sucking as much money as possible--to the last penny--from their residents. Couldn't be more disappointed with this experience.Property Manager Responded
