Safe and near water
September 30, 2015The apartment has its ups and downs: The building is very old, so many things don't work well or all the time. The elevators have been broken often, the outlets are old and worn out, the carpet in the halls is old. There are not stairs that can be used to walk up to your apartment; the stairs exit to the outside of the building. I do not have laundry in my unit, but it is available on every floor. The price is wash and dry $2.50 which is a bit high. There are a lot of association rules like ...no xmas lights on balcony, all guests must have parking pass every time they visit after 7pm. The building is near water on the intracoastal so that's nice and pretty. There is a pool and a nice little gym. There is security in the building and the building is locked. So you feel safe. We have a trash chute in the hallway so you don't have to carry trash downstairs, but if you live near the chute it is noisy.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Perfect homey apartment!
July 20, 2015I'm finally trying to find the perfect place I belong and this is it! Gated entry and safe place to live. Great place to live. Friendly neighbors and close to friends, shopping and restaurants. Staff is incredible here, and are extremely helpful. Large pool, tennis courts and workout facilities. No where gets better than this. Great view of boats passing by on the intercostal. This is really home.Review from Apartments.com
