Great place to rent, as long as your rich
September 9, 2024Excellent apartment complex, but my rent has increased 82.5% since I moved in 4 yrs ago. So if you don't mind 20%+ yearly increases in your rent, you might want to look for another place to rentProperty Manager Responded

September 9, 2024The general manager has been helpful in addressing the many issues I’ve experienced at this property since signing my lease. While I have seen significant improvement in how the property has been handled since moving in, I would not recommend anyone live here if they can afford to move someplace with better service and commitment to residents’ needs.Property Manager Responded

August 8, 2024Our family recently moved from out of state. The community is nestled back so it’s quiet and enjoyable while adding the convenience of shopping one block away. I cannot boast about the amenities here enough. The valet trash service, pools, incredible workout facility and the Luxor mail room. We love it.Property Manager Responded
