    My apartment at Old Cheney Place was my first ever apartment. I had moved from Illinois to Lincoln & toured 22 different apartments complexes, but Old Cheney Place was my favorite by far. The apartments are very comfortable & reasonably priced. Personally, I don't like my home looking like an office space, so I'm glad the buildings here are classic, well built, & have a great home-feel. All neighbors I've met have been friendly & you have a great mix of younger people living around with nice ...

Whenever there is a issue the maintenance staff is punctual and get the job done. The apartments are kept up, landscape is always in tip top shape, lawn mowed and such.
