January 25, 2018We do our best to accommodate everyone but on occasion we have to evict someone for violation of the rules and regulations or nonpayment of rent. I don't like doing it but if it impacts on the quiet enjoyment of the other tenants we have to do it. Coincidentally this review appeared at the same time we were evicting a tenant. Again I am very sorry but I don't have any discretion in these matters because the complaints go into our database and the database is monitored by our corporate office. June 13, 2018The date of this review corresponds with the date we evicted a tenant. Come in and see for yourself and talk to our tenants. We are under new management effective 8/29/2017. We respond to tenant complaints within 24 hours, have 24/7 on call emergency maintenance, our prices are very affordable, are apartments are big (900 sq. ft. for a 2 bedroom and 725 sq. ft. for a 1 bedroom). Check us out. We don't charge a security deposit either.

If you talk to our residents you will see we are an affordable, quiet community and we respond to your maintenance requests within twenty four hours M-F.
