February 7, 2025I have been living here for about three years now. I have lived in two different units and I loved both of them. The office and maintenance teams are very nice and welcoming. The neighborhood has a lot of kids which is great for my family. I feel like everyone respects each other. When I first moved into my unit my upstairs neighbor came to greet me and said if he was ever to loud or anything just to let him know but the units are build to where I don’t really hear them. When my sink was leaking ...or I had fridge issues the maintenance team responded quickly even during the holidays. February 4, 2025I have lived here with for more than a year now and loved living here! It's so peaceful and offers amenities for you or your family to enjoy, such as dog and kids park, swimming pool, gym, and basketball/tennis court. Their maintenance service is awesome! My neighbors upstairs have a bigger dog and likes to run around their apartment in the morning, but the noise doesn't bother me- it's not awfully loud either. Also, I have the friendliest neighbor.
