Olde Towne Apartments

Had to wait for a maintenance man to drive in from Columbia to let me in. 7/14 - 78° indoors with all a/c on max power. 8/10 - Roach infestation, lost appliances due to being full of bugs. Not reimbursed. Stopped finding roaches mid October. 2/25 - Increased my rent by $75 if I signed a new lease, $100 month-to-month. 5/24 - a/c has been inoperable for over a year, gave up on it getting fixed. 10/26 - Office lost their key again. 11/8 - Did not find new key in mailbox as requested. Office claims they placed it there, I magically found it after I returned from work the next evening. Did not reimburse my hotel stay. Office claims I dropped the key. Requested no one enter my apartment without my presence. Office cited a lease agreement. 12/3 - Given notice to vacate by 1/31 due to the sale of the property. Evicted during the holiday season. 12/28 - Found my window unit removed. No a/c a day before the outdoor temp was to be 78°. Indoor temp was 5° hotter than outdoors. 12/29 - Office claims Maintenance found heat running. Thermostat was set on heat, fan was on, but wasn't running heat due to it being hotter than the thermostat setting. Fan was recirculating the ambient air like a convection oven. Office will not reinstall the window unit.
