Ridiculous
September 20, 2016I have never been talked to by anyone like this in my entire life. I am disgusted by the woman I talked to and how incredibly rude she was on the phone when I was calling to inquire about not just one, but a few of their properties. I asked to speak to the manager and she went on to say "I am the manager" and hung up on me. I tried to call back a few times to speak to her about my experience, giving her a chance to redeem herself, but she clearly saw my phone number and didn't answer the few ...times I called. As someone who is educated and has had years of experience in management in customer service, I have truly never seen anything like this.
