great,friendly,quick to answer any questions. Turned out to be a perfect place for me. The owner even swings by several times a year to see that things are going smooth and to keep up the property. A wise choice for private people...

Its apartments so you are bound to have those sort of noises. -It has washer and dryer in each unit which is awesome. -Parking is great- manager makes sure that you have assigned parking. -Proximity to stores for grocery shopping -No smoking and clean (for the most part) -No carpet in the dining area! So awesome to have that! -manager is friendly and ready to respond to help with maintenance -the bedroom closet IS rather big full length and has a shelf above the hanger rod. Cons: -Appliances in the kitchen haven't seemed to be updated since the 80's -the drawers in the kitchen stick and are extremely screechy when opening. also make sure you get drawer mats for at least the ones we moved into didn't look like they had ever cleaned it was rather nasty. -no counter space to cook: once you put your microwave down on the counter you have lost your prep space. -Dark living room-- but honestly that's most apartments, you will need your own lamps -location of outlets, cable hook ups, and heat vents are in TERRIBLE locations, so you are limited with set up for your living space. -There is 0 storage -awkward layout for linen closet -Low shower head height. OVERALL: I would say that this is a good place to live if you are looking for true affordable housing, you will not find much better pricing. However you need to keep in mind that its not the nicest up to date place, but it will suit your needs, especially if you are young and trying to save money.
