Property is ok management is poor
February 26, 2022Where do I start? The gates in this gated complex have been broken for months. As a result car break ins have become rampant. Management told me this is due to the two methadone clinics in the area. What? Seems like more than enough reason to fix the gates and hire security? Beyond that, one of our two bedrooms has no heat. Reported that over a month ago and nothing has been done to fix it. Another issue is that living here costs a pretty penny. With that penny you are suppose to have ...access to “amenities” including the clubhouse. Well if you use it during business hours ok good for you. If you have a job your out of luck for only the property manager has after hour access and has been seen shooting pool with his buddies even after the pool has closed at 9pm. Leaving beer cans behind to be cleaned up by the maintenance staff in the morning. Aside from the luxurious laminate counter tops, undersized Refrigerators, and bath fitter bathrooms what sets olympus rodeo apart From real luxury Is the management who will go as far as spying on you to look for lease violations. They violate their lease agreement by not fixing the gates.Property Manager Responded
