BEWARE OF 5 STAR REVIEWS
November 26, 2019DO NOT LIVE HERE. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Beware of 5 star reviews. The apartment offered a free dinner to a nearby restaurant for leaving a review. When we first moved in we did not have air conditioning. We immediately put in a service request. It took over a week to get this fixed. When winter came, out heat went out. We had to put in four requests before we even got looked at. The weather outside was under 0. We tried calling the office multiple times during ...this time, but they never answer the phone. Finally we were able to get someone. They told us they would have to repipe our entire apartment AND wanted us to continue to live in it. I was told by one of my family members that they were not allowed to charge us rent. We went in and told the office about this and THEN they agreed to not charge us rent. We had over 30 service requests before they agreed to let us move apartments. We had packages stolen from our mailroom. When we went in to ask for help with this the office, the office people laughed in our faces and we were super unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I would NEVER let anyone I know live here.Property Manager Responded

Worst Apartment Complex
July 27, 2016This complex deserves 0 stars. We initially signed a 12 month lease but only ended up living here for 8 months due to poor management and the maintenance team creating an unsafe environment. During 'routine maintenance' that the office said they informed us of, our front door was left wide open and one of our cats was let out. We did not receive a notice that they would be entering the apartment, actually no one in the building did. The door was left open for roughly 4 hours, during which time, ...anyone could have gone in or out of the apartment. Fortunately we found our cat (hiding under the dumpster on the opposite side of the complex) but our faith in the leasing office and the maintenance team was completely lost. They put us in a very uncomfortable situation and when I told them that our cat was missing and explained the situation to them, I was told 'what do you want me to do about it'. This group of people is incredibly lazy and they could care less what happens to you, your pets, your possessions etc, as long as they get paid. After a lot of pressure on the corporate team (Lincoln Management), we were able to get them to agree to let us out of our lease on July 2nd. To make matters worse, the day that we turned in our keys, the management team changed without any warning. We were expecting to have a seamless transition while moving out but instead were informed that they did not have access to previous paperwork and could not confirm our move out date. As I am sure you can imagine, it's incredibly unnerving to already have another apartment leased and then be informed by your previous apartment complex that you owe another 2 months rent before you can turn in keys. I went into the leasing office 3 weeks after we moved out and was informed that they still had not processed the apartment or processed any of our move out paperwork. For this reason they were still charging us for the apartment. I explained to them that it's ridiculous to continue to charge us for a place when we turned the keys in weeks prior, however this didn't seem to resonate with anyone. I have called the leasing office countless times but not one time has the phone been answers or my calls been returned. The company still owes us an additional $700 (excess rent charges and deposit) however they are refusing to communicate with us.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 5, 2016There was an apparent switch in management a week and a half ago and things went from not great to horrible. The trash is over flowing and all the dog waste containers are overflowing onto large piles on the ground. The entire complex smells of dog waste and weed. The pool is also over flowing and I guessing the inability of management to fix the pool is going to go on the shoulders of the tenants. I anticipate huger rent due to insane overflowing of water because they are too lazy to fix it. ...The location and the need for an apartment immediately are the only reasons I rented from here. Great Location!
August 20, 2015I love being super close to Belmar shopping district! This complex gives you great walk-ability to so many attractions as well as to the city. I like that our apt. is upgraded and quite spacious for an apt. You get nice views of the mountains, too and are only about 15 minutes from Red Rocks. The landscaping is really nice, and our building sits right behind a small pond that's great for walking your dog. I love it here!Review from Apartments.com
