Terrible service
May 20, 2024Good luck getting ahold of anyone! I’ve had such a terrible experience with trying to lease with this company. They are rude and non responsive! I have a friend who lives at one of their properties and i was thinking about dealing with issues they told me about and signing a short term lease until theirs was up to stay close. They don’t want to renew after staff changes and the terrible service. Save your time and look elsewhere!Review from Apartments.com

Exactly what I was looking for
December 12, 2019The community is nice. My neighbors are friendly for the most part, but I didn't really move here for that. The design is cool since I work from home most of the time, so the office space downstairs is ideal. The office staff is very helpful and they have the same resident portal I had from my old apartment; which I wasn't expecting, so that was an easy transition. Easy commute to work; I don't miss my former 45+ min drive. All in all it was exactly what I was looking for.Review from Apartments.com
Love My New Townhome
December 12, 2019I was nervous about moving into a townhome , since I've only ever lived in an apartment on my own. I was ready to make the change, but wasn't sure what I wanted. The management team was super helpful and toured me thru all of their available homes (they have a bunch of locations). They listened to my needs and really catered to what I was looking for.
