August 20, 2024One City Block is an awesome complex at an affordable price point! The location alone is incredible and convenient to all of Denver. I toured roughly 14 apartments and settled on OCB because of the amazing leasing office team, year round outdoor pool and amenities, and overall cleanliness. The leasing team stands out, especially Joe, who provided quick and effective information for my needs. July 11, 2024So far I am not happy since since I moved in on June 19, 2024, they have not resolved the 4 repairs that were requested upon arrival. Also today we had a bad experience with a disrespectful neighbor who was doing repairs and making loud noises at night during the neighbors' rest hours.Property Manager Responded

Katherine at the front office has been so communicative and helpful and available. These places are so clean, quiet, and close to everything. When I was leaving I saw OCB on my way home. I stopped in without an appointment and was greeted by a very professional and friendly leasing agent.
