Alright amenities terrible construction
August 29, 2023Happy with the Wednesday morning bagels. Monthly events with free food. But really did not appreciate the cover up about the construction when signing the lease. It’s Monday- Friday 8:00 AM -4:00 PM. It’s horrible no headphones or ear plugs can prevent you from hearing the noise. Beware!!!Review from Apartments.com

This was not mentioned during the tour or anything and within a month my life was a living hell. I was forced to break lease and the building only cared about extracting more and more money from me. October 10, 2022Do not move here!!!! Construction has been awful. If you work from home, you will not be able to work in peace or have meetings without disruption. When we resigned our lease they forgot to mention this conveniently. Everyone in the building has been moving out every week and we wish we could do the same. Management does not offer ANY concessions and has continued to raise the rent prices. August 29, 2022Do not move here! Currently repairing building facade and jackhammering balconies for the past 4 months and until 2023!! It is MISERABLE!! Management even increased rents during this period for existing tenants who are affected before work was underway on their unit. Refuse to reimburse for costs of noise canceling headphones, WeWorks, or rent concessions. Whatever you do don’t move here in the next 12mo.Review from Apartments.com
