    One North is a lovely community. I mainly keep to myself but residents in the building are generally friendly and courteous. The management and maintenance staff work hard and are a delight to interact with. They are so helpful. The building is fantastically maintained. I love it here and the people I’ve met in Chelsea so far.

Didn't enjoy my move-in process, I asked the leasing agent for help with some info so I could complete the requirements for my move-in, but after a couple emails I didn't get any help which made my process so much longer and stressful. On top of it, I never got a heads up about no carts to help you move your stuff during move-in, so it was quite an unpleasant surprise when we got there and found out about it.
