March 2, 2023For one I needed an apartment complex that had a spacious garage which this definitely does. I am a bachelor and even though there are families that live here I have a large apartment with a great spacious place. Disappointed
January 1, 2023Very disappointed with this place! Theres a new manager that started and she's unsociable not quite sure what she does. and not like the old manager. The office closes at 5 now and most times it is closed prior to 5. There is no communication! rates goes up and the service goes down. The grounds look awful and nothing ever works. I thought this was a good home to stay at but the short time I've been here is disappointing lately. Should not be just a number to anyone!Review from Apartments.com
Best Apartments in the Vegas Valley
June 30, 2019My wife and I moved in June 2018, and we love this place. These apartments feel more like townhouses with the attached garages. The majority have 2 or 4 car garages, which was a deal changer for us since we moved to Vegas from a 3,100 sqft home, so instead of having an apartment and a storage unit, we were able to fit our things comfortably between the apartment (about 1,250 sqft) and garage. Our car still fits in the garage as well, and we haven't had a single dead battery since we've lived ...here. The gas stove is great. The other apartments we stayed at had electric stoves, and god were those bad. It's nice to be able to boil water in like 5 or so minutes and not have to wait 20 minutes for it to just start simmering. The dryer is a bit meh. Any cycle that is lower than normal seems to do nothing, but the washer is fine. The tankless water heaters are iffy. They take a little too long to heat the water, and once its heated, it is usually borderline too hot. My wife likes hot showers and doesn't mind this, but when I would come back from the fitness center, I'd want to take a cool shower and this seemed harder to do than it should of been. Maintenance and office staff are friendly to you even after you move in. One problem we had at the other apartment communities we lived at where the staff trying to exceed your expectations to get you to sign a lease, but once you do sign, they couldn't care what happened to you and wouldn't even return a wave or hello. The walkscore for this place isn't great, but if you are able to afford these, then you should have some kind of vehicle. Walgreens and Starbucks are probably the only places I'd attempt to walk to from here, but I have a bad knee so take that as you will. These are close to Stephanie St, which has basically everything you need down it. Closest grocery store would be Albertsons, but WinCo is about 1 or 2 minutes further down the road, and a Walmart Grocery store is about a minute away from that. You have just about every major food chain around you (ironically, I think McDonald's is the furthest away from us, maybe a 7-8 minute drive, across from Galleria Mall). You are about the same drive away from your department stores like Kohl's, JC Penny, Target, Walmart (not just the grocery store), CostCo, and more.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 5, 2018Absolutely have been treated with the best customer service. The staff especially the Property Manager Kristyne makes you feel like you belong. This is home and I was initialed worried because of the construction review. Not sure what that person is talking about. Beautiful luxury community, a place I am happy to call home
March 14, 2018Moving is never easy...finding the right location, the right complex. And when you think you've found it, reading reviews online will put you right back at square 1. I was so relieved, after days and hours of calling and online research, when I found the One60 apartments. From the moment I spoke with Krystine in the community office, I had a good feeling I had found my home. Not only did Krystine professionally and patiently guide me through the leasing process which she made effortless, she ...went above and beyond to make sure to work around my schedule and have my apartment ready at a moment's notice if my plans happened to change. First of all it's worth mentioning this is a brand new community so from the apartments to the community itself everything is clean and fresh, and well, new! I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartments, the quality appliances including gas stoves, and most importantly for me, the fact that each apartment comes with an attached garage is an invaluable luxury for an apartment that really gives you the feeling of "home" and helps make life much easier. From storage space to keeping the car cool during those brutal summer months, to not having to carry groceries across a parking lot after finally finding an available space, a garage is amazing to have. The clubhouse is elegantly designed and offers a beautiful pool, hot tub and BBQ/grill area, as well as an indoor coffee bar and lounge area with a big screen TV, and a gym with brand new workout equipment including treadmills, dumbbells, and a fancy multi-equipment station with cable weights. The property is off a very quiet side-street, close to Reunion Trails park, only a short drive from any type of store, restaurant or bar you could want, and close enough to the expressways to offer quick access to get anywhere. I also really enjoy the views of the Vegas strip from this area. After 2 months here at the One60 community I am very satisfied with my decision to move here and I can see myself here for a long time to come. The whole staff is amazing, everyone is friendly and helpful. I appreciate Krystine and Willis' friendly attitude and all the help they have given me from the moment I first spoke with them. Do Not Do It
February 7, 2018Worse Management I have encountered. But the most concerning issue is the construction, every morning 5-6am large equipment. It runs from that time until management shows up, so that they dont know what paying residents are suffering through. Thousands of dollars in damage to my vehicles caused by construction equipment and materials. 2.5 months in no mail service. This place is an active construction zone - once done it may be great. But for now, the owners, expect full rent, and deliver ...nothing. I am not mad, nor spiteful, but in my profession you would be sued for malpractice for 10% of the misleading nature of this situation. Here it is acceptable so the owner can make money while he continues to build. The units appear nice, but the walls are paper thin, I am constantly entertained by the "activities" of my neighbors.
