High Crime, Break Ins, Negligent Management
July 5, 2022Update - Renters Beware - high crime, break ins, negligent management I have lived here since Oct. 2021. It was great at first but steep decline after new management company took over. Gated garage under maintenance a lot of the time so gate is often open. Multiple car break ins and mine was one of them. Management apologized but didn’t do anything about it. Broken locks on doors all the time.Property Manager Responded

Management is all words and no action
November 28, 2021Have complained several times of the EV charger situation (no action, just we're working on it, or we're issuing warnings). Have complained about pest control, had to solve myself. Fridge filter needed replacement, they said it's fine. We use it daily but no longer will. Garage door is open and had a vehicle break in, but they won't close the doors so only permitted vehicles can enter. Elevators are broken or dirty, great for a new building.Review from Apartments.com
