Disrespectful management
December 29, 2024The owners of this place have Installed lights directly on the front of this building that face our building and they are so bright it makes it extremely difficult to sleep or enjoy the comfort of our home. We have attempted to contact the managers multiple times to come to a solution, but to no avail they will not oblige. 0 stars for the lack of respect for the neighborhood.Review from Apartments.com
Decent, could be better
July 29, 2015Pros: Apartments are a great size for their price Apartments have balconies The building manager Krystyna is such a sweetheart and a pleasure to work with. Building maintenance tries their best to meet all of your needs within 24 hrs Online rent payment for us millenials You're 4 blocks from the Walk of Fame, two blocks from an ihop, in and out and jack in the box, 4 blocks from a chik fil a, wendys, burger king and mcdonalds. Tons of bars and nightlife all walking distance. Ideal for folks that ...want to save some money by not needing to drive everywhere Parking is INCLUDED in your rent. Cons: The carpets in the hallways need to be replaced. The trash shoots stink and need to be washed. The drains in the bathroom are always clogged no matter what management does. The garages are too easy to get into. Our car has been broken into twice, and we've seen other cars that have experienced similar fates. despite these issues, management will still raise your rent at the end of your lease. Pro here is that the car has never beens stolen. Just don't leave anything of value in your car.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
