High crime rate and no security
June 10, 2024I’m a current resident and my car was stolen from the parking lot. The police and neighbors informed me this has been one of many break ins at this complex, yet management has never notified residents of the increased threat or made any security improvements. My car was locked and stolen in broad daylight, so clearly the criminals knew they could get away with it. Rent has gone up $400 in the 4 years I’ve lived here. Neighbors sublease their units or have 5+ adults living in a one bedroom. People ...have loud parties. The buildings are detoriating inside and out. I went almost a two full weeks without heat this last winter and was given an ancient space heater that smelled like it was burning every time I turned it on instead of getting it fixed. I could go on and on. This is NOT luxury living. Also don’t let the pictures of the pool fool you. It’s the middle of June and it’s still not open and that has been the case every year I’ve lived here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 18, 2022Air conditioning doesn’t work. Leaks and mold forming broken doors windows. Pipes falling off landscaping horrible hole trip hazards by walkways.
