January 12, 2025I have had a wonderful experience living at Orion Prosper Lakes Apartments. The property is extremely well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas that truly make it feel like home. The management team is outstanding—they address service requests promptly and with great professionalism. It’s clear they genuinely care about their residents and go above and beyond to ensure everyone is comfortable. The community itself is fantastic, with friendly and respectful residents who ...contribute to a peaceful and welcoming environment. The amenities are another highlight, offering everything you need for both relaxation and convenience. From the well-equipped fitness center to the sparkling pool and outdoor spaces, there’s something for everyone. November 22, 2024nicely layed out and well maintained community, tucked away at a good location between 380 and coit. I little away from the hustle of the city, which was one thing i wanted. Not sure how long it will last though with the cities expanding at the pace it is :)Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2024Review pretty much the same as prior ones. Still like it here. It’s pretty quiet and appearance looks very good. I like that I have a choice to set out trash or in emergencies to use dumpsters provided for larger amounts of trash. The areas around us is growing. We have more stores, shopping areas around us now. The apartment itself is classy looking and I love having the patio.Property Manager Responded

September 14, 2024I’m wanting to save for a house, so I had applied to 2 different one bedroom apartments for my daughter & me, thinking we could make it work for a year to reach our bigger goals. I just wasn’t sold, and had some pretty poor communication experiences in the process. Ultimately at the last minute I decided to check the pricing on these and found a 2 bedroom 1 bath with garage for $100 cheaper than the 1 bedrooms we were looking at. I walked in and told Cassie the specific apartment number that I ...wanted to see and that I was interested in moving in same week. She let me view it with no problem. She was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. She was great at communicating next steps throughout the whole process and she seemed to truly love the place and was very sincere. I’d have to say this has been such a blessing and an easy process after lots of disappointment elsewhere. I am very happy to call it home. If I don’t buy before my lease if up, I will almost definitely renew.Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2024I’ve had a couple of snags the last few months, perhaps considered my fault, but I still like it here. The staff has been very cordial to me, however I have been here a little over 2 years and the turnover has been a lot. This group seems to be as professional as the last ones. July 14, 2024I just moved in almost 2 weeks ago. Until now I enjoy the quiet nights, and a place to walk around the community.
