April 5, 2023It is a fine residence to live in. The rent is fair although it can jump from time to time. It might be 7 minutes driving to campus it is next to the Publix and Walmart which is really convenientProperty Manager Responded

March 29, 2023Very responsive staff. Any issue that has been addressed to my roommates and I have always been pleasant and respectful. The location is probably the best in the UCF area, quiet and surrounding businesses that you can walk to are very nice for those who don't own a car.Property Manager Responded
