Renters Reviews and Ratings
Renters beware!!
August 22, 2022These apartments are not maintained they all are invested with bed bugs and roaches and the landlord refuses to do anything.Review from Apartments.com
3.9 star average rating is a lie. All 4 reviews are 1 star.
December 12, 2019Roaches in hallways, smell is horrible, property manager doesn't return calls if anything needs fixed. Fire doors don't close all the way. Bunch of parking spaces taken by broke down vehicles that don't run. Washers and dryers don't function very well, spin cycle doesn't spin water out of clothes half the time. Only person you can contact is property manager Chris. Who really owns this dump so people can get issues fixed.Review from Apartments.com
The Worst
July 7, 2019I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place. The best I can offer is that it has been a few years since I rented (2015 is the year I left), so it’s always possible that it’s gotten better. When I was there the apartment building was always dirty and frequently smelled. We left the apartment we rented in better condition than we received it but still never got our security deposit back. The apartment manager was not responsive when we needed him to be, and was (intentional or not) ...misleading about the terms of our lease. I would never rent there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Unprofessional
July 5, 2017Was verbally told upon renting that after one year the lease went by a month to month basis. The rental agreement paperwork had vague wording but did seem to suggest this. Flash forward to a year and four months as we put in a 60 day notice and are told that the lease already renewed automatically for another year. What followed was spotty contact; management would give us non-answers and the run around. Was told that he would have to ask the "higher-ups" but refused to give us their number. ...Following calls revealed that he still did not have an answer. Several months pass and we are still paying rent on a perfectly clean and empty apartment that is move-in ready for another tenant. Eventually, our calls were not being answered at all and would go straight to voicemail. By chance we called with another number (and not the previous two we were calling with) and he picked up immediately. He had been actively ignoring us and screening our calls. Shady practices. Do not do business with these people as its obvious they can't even do the bare minimum.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Awful
August 27, 2015there was pet hair, fecal matter and trash still in the apartment from the previous tenant. Holes in the carpet, fleas and no dishwasher like they said there would be. Received a late rent notice 1 week after moving in even though it was the middle of the month and the rent was paid weeks before we moved in. Hallways are filthy and smell. Driveway is in bad shape. Bad, bad, bad especially for the price!!Review from Apartments.com

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
