November 26, 2019Management is super rude to you. When we moved in we were supposed to contact the property manager for maintenance but he was always rude on the phone. He then decided we had to contact the St. Paul office for all of our issues or questions and did not notify any residents of this so when we called him he said call the office and hung up on us. Maintenance does not fix things promptly. Our toilet was broken for over a month before they came to fix it. They don't plow the parking lot unless there ...is over 4 inches of snow and do not put salt down often on the sidewalks. The walls are super thin. You can smell other peoples dinner in your apartment and can hear full conversations from other apartments next to you. The security is awful. The fire alarm in the stairwell is ripped out and the deadbolts on the doors move side to side. You can almost unlock someone else's apartment by just moving their deadbolt over. Your keys stick in the locks and the lights in the parking lot were out for over 8 months. By all means don't move in here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
