November 29, 2024Ottavo apartment community has been a great experience so far. It is well kept and quiet for the most part. Neighbors are friendly. We haven’t had any issue since our stay at the apartments. The environment is safe and that is a major plus. Parking can be at pain late at night. Management keeps everyone well informed when anything is happening with the community. November 7, 2024Living at Ottavo has been a great experience! From the residence staff, especially Lori, to the maintenance staff, they are responsive and friendly. The grounds are well-kept and trees and shrubs are trimmed and neat. The grounds are policed for garbage, etc. frequently. The residents here are friendly and respectful.
