August 22, 2024Overall pleasant living environment with great floor plans. A clean, quiet community. Very resident friendly offering many community events. Maintenance is quick to respond. However, no follow-up to let you know completed or ask for satisfaction. Being a new build, be prepared for less than "solid" construction; meaning, you will hear everything from the apartment above (walking, moving items, dropping items). Other than that, no sound issues. The resident portal lacks ease of communication ...to the office, but not maintenance. A resident cannot access their history of charges/payments. The office does not communicate well regarding staff changes and ways/with whom to communicate. Very little incentive to renew the lease. My star rating is based on the frustration of apartment noise and frustration in communicating with the office/using the portal.Property Manager Responded
