July 6, 2025Overlook ranch has been our home since 2021 and we haven't been happier. The location is great! We are super close to alliance town center, Tanger outlets, and downtown Roanoke. Highway 170 has officially been built which has made traffic a lot smoother to get in and out of the apartment complex. Since being here the maintenance team has always been friendly and helpful. The staff down in the office is friendly. I want to specifically shout out Aspen at the front office who helped us transter to ...a bigger unit this year. She was very very patient with my boyfriend and i, very very helpful and always so kind to us. The neighbors in our building have always been friendly. I really don't have any complaints with this complex. May 29, 2025Apartment, amenities, and maintenance staff are good, but the front staff can be tough to get ahold of and are typically rude when you do reach them (except the new girl). They also never gave my friends their referral discount on their rent when I moved in close to a year ago.Property Manager Responded
