November 11, 2024Apartments are at a decent price, but the appliances are outdated and the parking lots retain a lot of water in my area. The gym has had broken equipment (treadmill, fly machine) for a year now with no repair. Nothing special, just a regular apartment.Property Manager Responded

October 28, 2024When I moved in 10 months ago, paying rent was pretty quick and painless. They took away the resident portal that worked so well. Now. Tell me why I need two separate log in credentials to pay rent? I log into RentCafe So I can then click on the payment portal to be taken to BILT that doesn’t let me log in. I’m a millennial, So I should be able to figure this out pretty reasonably. Nope. Been going round and round for 45 minutes just to pay rent.Property Manager Responded

October 22, 2024It's great complex that rarely has any issues. Parking is generally very easy to find, even if it's not right in front of your door you're never more than a minute or two from your entrance. I have a first floor apartment and although the walls can be a little thin when someone is right outside my window, I don't have any noise complaints about my neighbors. We're right next to the highway and across the street from a major grocery store so it's also a pretty convenient location. Overall this is ...pretty great and affordable place to live.Property Manager Responded

October 18, 2024Terrible parking as it’s a free for all and not enough spaces for everyone. Appliances are severely outdated. Blinds are paper thing, as well as the walls. And now there is a fence preventing residents from walking over to Aldi’s to do any grocery shopping, which means one has to drive and then hope there is parking when they come back from the grocery. They fine you for big trash items but don’t have a scheduled heavy trash day and expect you to find a way to get heavy trash taken care of as if ...the fluctuation in rent makes it that easy. The maintenance staff are amazing, as always, though.Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2024I really enjoy my apartment. It is very spacious, I like that there is a lot of storage space, and I enjoy the amenities like the pool and gym.
