September 30, 2024Overture Cary is in a great location, and the apartments are very nice, however, there is a problem with communication. For example, I received an email letting me know that maintenance guys would be by on Tuesday, September 24 sometime after ten in the morning, however, they didn't show up until Friday, the 27th. In the past, when I've received an email about regular maintenance to be performed on a particular day, it didn't happen on that day, but on a day when it was not expected, which has ...been an irritating inconvenience.Property Manager Responded
