December 29, 2024Good community to live with seniors of generally the same age. Serving Continental breakfast on every Wednesday is good complement for the resident community. October 2, 2024I am pleased to be here. Service has been pretty good. Would like a bigger pool, but the gym is fantastic. Happy hour three times a week is great. I met my new bride there.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2024I’ve lived in Overture @fair Ridge for about 6years and have found it to be a well run well kept community. The staff is friendly, there are always events and affairs going on. Transportation to various places, for shopping and entertainment etc. I would recommend it to any senior who’s in the market for housing!!Property Manager Responded

Amazing facilities
May 31, 2023Overture Fair Ridge is where active seniors can find a way of life. There are so many activities every month. There are clubs, like the Garden Club, Movie Club, and the Arts & Entertainment Club. The Lifestyle Coordinator is doing her best to make sure the residents are having the best time there. Living the good life
May 19, 2023I moved here from FL to be near my family, and I looked at several properties, and when I came to Overture, I liked everything I saw and decided this is it. I like the facility, the staff, the location is perfect and it's near my family, so it's been very very good for me. This place is great!
May 18, 2023I was apprehensive before I moved at my children's insistence on living at a senior living facility. Now being here just a little over 2 months, I understand why. They understand your needs, very helpful, consistent about your wellbeing, very friendly staff and community. And now that I have underground parking, I don't have to worry about scraping snow or debris off my car by myself! I enjoy the complimentary breakfast provided to us 3 days a week especially on the mornings I don't feel like ...cooking. It's also awfully quiet here. I get great support from Angel, EZ, Mariela and the entire team, in fact. They all make it enjoyable living here. Life changes need to be adaptable, and this place makes it easy to adapt. Great place to live!
May 16, 2023The Overture Fair Ridge has a nice selection of floor plans to choose from depending on availability; excellent amenities and programs for residents and a very active and involved Activity Coordinator, Mariela. Great place for seniors
May 16, 2023Overture is such a convenient place to live for seniors. There are a variety of exercise classes offered and lots of entertainment and other activities.
